It was a really great stay everything is at its best the view,comfort room was huge only because we paid for the premium category. The only thing was to check out at 10 and they don't negotiate with that at all you have to check out at 10, not 1 min beyond that. Front desk guy Vijay called us twice within 20mins for a check out which was not needed and they missed 1 point also they could have given a late checkout as the almost entire Levels Resort was empty but they refused. Rest everything was good.

The food was pretty amazing and staff was quite humble and rooms where clean sheets was clean plus room service is very nice just the checkout was 2 hours early due to some reasons but rest was all good

Room size is good. Food is not costly. Washrooms are not upto the mark and bit small. Pool is not that deep. Landscaping is superb.

The room should be a bit more clean. The restroom was not clean having brown marks on the floor, the phone in the room was fill with dirt, and I had to call room service to clean it. Rest was perfect

About food food is very good, tasty & fair quality also. Breakfast, snacks price is high as compare to other dishes.
