Staff wouldn't close the lift thus had to walk the stairs a few times .... Not even soap was provided ... We had to blinkit stuff ... Tv is non functional... Non functional jammed shower ... Peeling wallpapers ... Broken toilet seat .... Non chalant staff..

Room service ambiance was quite good. But there were TV issues & ask them to fix it they said it’s not possible one more thing there was wifi issue too

Too much of mosquito and washroom was not hygiene at all bed was not that clean and blankets were smelling

The room was smaller than shown in the image. The hygiene was not appropriate. Shower wasn't working, phone wasn't working and there was no support from reception to address these issues. When asked for plates to eat again no support.

1) frequent power cuts 2) need to pay for water 3) no service 4) don-no why, while checking in, owner asked name on that basis he gave us room key. 5) staffs are kind of egoistic and not at all friendly 6) no need to talk about hygiene, terrible. Ps: you can stay in road rather than here.

Well first of all i needed to cancel the booking due to some urgent work. They didn’t agree on that so i had to check at night over there. -they gave me room where there was no refrigerator! so i ask them to change so they gave me as in room where there ac was not working due to some error ! then i had to check in 3rd room it was very irritating as i was already tired from my urgent work !

Terrible to stay here nothing looks good

The overall service was poor and not upto the mark as per the charges. The rooms are small even if i booked premier deluxe room. When i checked - in the bathroom was not clean and i had to asked the reception to clean which they did later on. The tv is my room was not working during my entire stay to which i was given option to switch in different room which was much smaller compare to this one however when i called the desk to change they said its already full as there was another booking. The landline kept in the room to reach helpdesk the line was disrupted with noise and barely you could hear the reception. The good part is they allow outside food which we can order from swiggy, zomato etc.

So check in was good, the room landline was not working, there was no tv in the room and no essentials like shampoo soap or dental products were provided. We had reservation for 2 people still had only provided with 1 single blanket. Other things apart room was clean.

Had booked this place for my mom and dad.. who came from hometown to visit me the place doesn’t even have hyeginic bathrooms,the buckets wer dirty.. no water available for drinking for hot water in morning they said the person who looks after this is on leave so we can’t provide

The interior of room was good but the electricity and ac is not working properly

The room was not cleaned properly before check in. No food available in the property. Food was given from outside with over charged rates. Room service not proper. Had to remind them 2-3 times for water.

Sogno rooms were dirty the towels were dirty there was no water bottle given and no tissue papers were there, the bed sheet was also dirty, the inroom phone was not working overall it was a bad experience. Ok thanks

It was good however the rooms are small as per the price. Location was good. Food we had to order from outside as they dont have their own restaurant.

Food hygiene & safety : probably the hotel have never heard this name the room was nothing less than a garbage when i said that i mean it. I have videos which is the proof of what i’m saying.

There was no water in the room. As an asthma patient i felt really very bad. Landline wasn’t working, the worst part is we checked in at around 4pm and check out was 7pm. And that receptionist he called me today in the morning on my secondary number at 10:30am and my mom received it and he was asking are you going to continue? there is no staff coordination. unsafe

Pathetic service from hotel ac was not working tv was not working. There we spider verse in washroom and spiders too. I have never been to any such hotel in my life. I had checked out the hotel last evening 6:00 pm

During check in and check out the lights were truned off. Had to walk down and was not able to use the elevator. Cobwebs were seen at plenty of places.

It was really great i had best room and a classic view
