I booked the hotel for two days and one evening I forgot the key inside. I requested the night shift manager to help me to unlock the room. So, inspite having the other key. They charge me Rs500 by saying that we have to break the lock. Later on I observed that the lock was intact. Service staff behaviour was terrible

Property location is near to railways as well as Bus terminal. The problem was with the cleanliness. There were cockroaches all around the room, washroom was not clean, some kind of packet was lying in the toilet pot, mirrors were not clean, bed as well as the bedsheets were smelling badly, ceiling fan has a piece of hair, the almirah was broken, washroom gate was damaged and more issues related to maintenance.

Room is very small and dirty. Reception people are not friendly. There is no room service for food or water. Tap water comes initial red and then normal. Room had plywood partion between other room so their is also disturbance from other guest staying in side room. Bathroom is not cleaned.
