perfect not cleingg room

I booked the hotel for two days and one evening I forgot the key inside. I requested the night shift manager to help me to unlock the room. So, inspite having the other key. They charge me Rs500 by saying that we have to break the lock. Later on I observed that the lock was intact. Service staff behaviour was terrible

Ac water are floting on the floor .... washroom basin was not at working condition

Room was unhygienic and dirtier. Lots of rats are roaming in and around the room

Property location is near to railways as well as Bus terminal. The problem was with the cleanliness. There were cockroaches all around the room, washroom was not clean, some kind of packet was lying in the toilet pot, mirrors were not clean, bed as well as the bedsheets were smelling badly, ceiling fan has a piece of hair, the almirah was broken, washroom gate was damaged and more issues related to maintenance.

Non Hygienic Room. I have seen two room in both mice was there. Then provided adjucent room. in the provided room TV was blurr and scratches affecting eyes. broken kundi (latch) to toilet outside and maindoor inside.

Pathetic staff no room service extra charges even for water no cleanliness

toilet was not clean geyser was not working ......,.......

The sound of conversation in the room goes outside and the sound of conversation outside comes in. There is no privacy here.

Over all it was good experience, only there price is little higher side. They should provide breakfast with the price what they are charging.

Very stinking rooms

Room is very small and dirty. Reception people are not friendly. There is no room service for food or water. Tap water comes initial red and then normal. Room had plywood partion between other room so their is also disturbance from other guest staying in side room. Bathroom is not cleaned.

The place is very well connected to the station , also the staff is good and polite , many good restaurants nearby , perfect for family and rates are also very reasonable , enjoyed our stay there

Service was good, rooms were clean and its good in terms of pricing for business stay. Hot water facility available 24*7.

Average over all and not worth for price. The derive needs to improve a lot. Staffs are very polite.

Very delay in check in, when i reached hotel, the check in was deployed by 2 hours. Its not allowing any visitors in hotek. Cleannliness issues.
