worst hotel , very bad breakfast, hotel management is not cooperative.

Service was decent, but rooms have mot been maintained if you are okay to adjust your hygiene a bit than it maybe a good choice

Room cleaning good. AC ok. location very good, north Indian breakfast not available. as per Rom plan daily Dosa,Idli,poha and wda available. slippers not available, Tea cattle not available,

Form me hotel is so far way from Mumbai city, very difficult to get transport also. Room service Good. Need to improve room hygiene

the hotel looks shady no proper service the room AC was not working properly the washroom facet was broken

The room was spacious, but overall the experience was disappointing. The AC was leaking, the bathroom drainage was choked, and the room had broken tiles. Additionally, the room service was extremely poor and unresponsive. Not recommended unless improvements are made.

1. The room was untidy. 2. The mattress was very soft. 3. The bathroom was not having white stains. 4. The towels were not fresh. 5. Toilet Commode was not clean.

Very much disappointing stay. Rudra shelter is extremely unhygienic hotel I ever experienced. Plumbing condition is very bad. Lime scalled chocked taps, old zero maintenance furniture and no proper staff

AC is not working in bed room bathroom is choke up ...in suit room fridge is not in room

Unfortunately, my room had some issues - strong smell from the bathroom, shower wasn't working, and the water glasses weren't clean. Location is convenient, especially for highway travelers. Would consider staying again if there are no better options. Hope you can work on these areas. Thanks!"
