Excellent Stay.... Extremely Comfortable rooms... Nice staff... Great food.....Overall an amazing experience....Will check in again and again whenever I am traveling to that area.

Given the amount charged for food, it was mostly cooked in palmoline oil perhaps but definitely not with either coconut or mustard oil. The mattress must be according to new age and medically proven one. They are still using the old types.

Hotel didnt exist, unable to contact property also, if this hotel doesnt exist please remove from MMT

No shower working.... No hot water....No dental kit... no proper response from front office.... They had wrongly billed the restaurant charges and to sort out that extra charges took 45mins...... Breakfast was horrible

Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team, I am writing to urgently raise a grievance related to my ongoing stay at Hotel Sarkar under rPlease find the attached voucher for your reference. The booking voucher clearly states that the room includes one king-size bed, yet the hotel has failed to provide this. Furthermore, they have refused to move me to another room, citing full occupancy for the night. This is in direct contradiction to the service and amenities promised at the time of booking on your platform. I contacted your customer care via the Toll-Free Number mentioned in the voucher. I first spoke to who failed to resolve the issue and disconnected the call when I asked to speak to a supervisor. On a subsequent call, I spoke to Mralso disconnected the call abruptly without escalating the issue. This lack of assistance, accountability, and disregard for customer service is deeply disappointing, especially as a repeat customer of MakeMyTrip. The misleading information and lack of resolution raise serious concerns and may bring legal liabilities upon your platform for failure to deliver services as advertised. I urge you to take this matter seriously and provide an immediate resolution. I expect a response within 24 hours, failing which I will be compelled to explore legal options available to me. Also, - voucher is also not received as confirmed by another

Hospitality is good, room sizes are too good, but hotel needs renovation big time. They need a modern reception too, doesn’t give feeling of a star rated hotel.

AC was not working and after complaining also not assisted. overall average. toiletries were not available and provided especially shaving kit and demanding against payment

Spent 5000 for one night and the hotelier doesnt even provide toothbrush, i was asked to pay extra. Curtains were also broken so had to adjust it all.

Very comfortable stay at hotel satkar grande. The food served was very good. Location of hotel is in such a place wherefrom one can hire conveyance of any kind. All amenities provided were excellent. Staff was very friendly &courteous. We wish them all success in their undertaking

Hotel is ok. Continuous noising of civil work going on and smell of smoke. Breakfast is good. Cleaning is very good.
