Location good, Telecom not working, Tv not working, water mixer in bathroom faulty, bathroom was too small, Food quality average

Didn't give the king size bed as per booking. Instead provided 2 single bed. Missing basic facilities and have to ask for those, like electric kettle. Surprisingly they do not provide contact comb...!!!

Staff were so polite and service was so good

Breakfast was not good and as per standards. There were no jain options available. I had paid extra for the breakfast which feels like a waste now

Cleaning Oversight: During my check-in, I noticed that the toilet had been missed during the cleaning process. It was not properly cleaned and, unfortunately, I had to address this myself. TV Issue: The television in the room was not functioning at the time of check-in. I appreciate that the issue was resolved later that evening, but I wanted to highlight this as part of my overall experience.

the room was very dizaster basing was chockup shower was making noise and not working all bathroom was dizaster

Poor maintenance no exhast fan in toilets toilets too small and cramped flush water stopped twice gave torn towels for bath

Worst room condition and Unhygienic walls and toilet

Booked the Highest category at this hotel and what i got is… Vulgar and pathetic ambiance possible… unsafe for Couple or Family. Rats and cockroaches roaming around… stains all over the walls… Bedsheets Smelling and filled with dirt stain… first time is have seen something filthy than Public urinary…most unhygienic place in Thane. You will get Sarkar or vits for better price that this stupidy

it was terrible. i reached and some reason they had just given the last deluxe room to some other guest. They then asked them to vacate to give me the room. The ac was not working in the room, and they couldn't repair it. on a lot of insisting they opened another room for me. it seemed like this was a spare room if a different catagory and was not in use. the smell in the room was so unbearable and there was no ventilation in the room . I refused to take that room and demanded a refund, which they refused saying that I should contact MMT. I did spoke to your representative but since he couldn't connect with the hotel, he couldn't help. pls help me get a refund.

Elevator didnt work, breakfast was pathetic, room cleanliness was average, taps were broken
