I am writing to urgently raise a grievance related to my ongoing stay at Hotel Sarkar under rPlease find the attached voucher for your reference.
The booking voucher clearly states that the room includes one king-size bed, yet the hotel has failed to provide this. Furthermore, they have refused to move me to another room, citing full occupancy for the night. This is in direct contradiction to the service and amenities promised at the time of booking on your platform.
I contacted your customer care via the Toll-Free Number mentioned in the voucher. I first spoke to who failed to resolve the issue and disconnected the call when I asked to speak to a supervisor. On a subsequent call, I spoke to Mralso disconnected the call abruptly without escalating the issue.
This lack of assistance, accountability, and disregard for customer service is deeply disappointing, especially as a repeat customer of MakeMyTrip. The misleading information and lack of resolution raise serious concerns and may bring legal liabilities upon your platform for failure to deliver services as advertised.
I urge you to take this matter seriously and provide an immediate resolution. I expect a response within 24 hours, failing which I will be compelled to explore legal options available to me.
