Good hotel with all the amenities available, friendly staff and food services were good. The bathroom was a bit small but the room was spacious enough. Could improve the cleaning of the cupboards and bathroom.

My booking was for 2 adults and 1 child (16 yrs old). This includes extra bed with no extra charge however property has asked us to pay Rs. 500 extra to provide bed & mattress for my son. They said if i have booked for 3 adults instead of 2 adults + 1 child, they would have given room with a separate bed for 3rd person.. The room was too small for 3 people not sure why they even put it on display saying it can accommodate 3 people. Also, bedsheets used were already torn.

I recently stayed at The ivory Hotel for a week and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The only minor issue was that the pool area could have been cleaner, but overall, I would highly recommend The ivory Hotel for its great location, excellent staff, and comfortable rooms."

The hotel was pretty decent and not too far from the station. Would recommend this definitely for office folks if they want to stay over for work.

Average hotel with budget cost. Rooms and bathroom are not that much clean. Bed quality is very poor. Hotel location is good.

It was one of the convenient place to stay near office who are working at Airoli Mindspace or Gigaplex. It was having parking facility with cautious security staff. Rooms were near and clean. Bathroom was super clean. I would recommend that place if you are planning your visit and wanted to stay near airoli.

Rooms were not clean and not even bed sheet was changed from last used...as it seems smelly and dirty patches all over

Hotel is good. Rooms are super clean. Staff are very nice. Thank for the hospitality. Only i face internet speed is slow. Other-than that i have great experience.

it was one of the best economical stays near airoli mindspace or gigaplex. the staff was very helpful. the room was clean, and most importantly, the bathroom conditions were hygenic and super clean. all provided amenities were good. 4 wheeler parking was available 24 × 7. internet through mobile was weak, but they have a wifi. speed still should increase, but if you are not on an official trip, then it was not a bad option. it gave me a very good and quality experience during my stay.

Good and polite staff and the way they behave is really to be appreciated and the staff is too experienced to handle each and every thing the food was good too and the food service was quite slow but ya good

The location was not good for a girl to stay alone and the staff wasn't exactly rude but definitely not how you expect them to be and while checking out no bill was given and when i checked out from the hotel in 2-3 hours the staff didn't seem to care at all.

Not worth for the money paid. Poor room service. No dental or shaving kits.

The hotel is located in a very shady location. The bed provided is pretty small, the bedsheets were unclean and the staff didn't even know there was a booking. There was no kettle provided even after the request till late evening, i had to ask again. Along with the kettle, there is complimentary tea and normal in a normal hotel, but that wasn't given either. The hotel is not at all worth the money i spent, the vibe didn't feel good either. if given a chance i would never book this hotel again simply based on its locality. Extremely shady and the worst experience with the location as it has slum areas right outside.

The stay was really pleasant the staff were really kind and breakfast was the best. * near and tidy room * clean washroom * the mattress was really good and near * one of the best stays i had overall a very good place definitely recommended
