Terrible Stay
We checked out 2 days earlier. The hotel asked us to contact for refund of remaining 2 days. I did the same the following week. But, there was no response from both and the hotel since then. Unable to reach to customer care too. The hotel also asked us to leave and didn't enter any checkout signature.

Good Hotel Average Customer Service
Hotel in general was ok for the price. However any customer would have expected better customer service. e.g. incorrect information sharing at reception, key not found for the room that was initially allocated, no flexibility in breakfast schedule for early travels (someone travelling not very early but at reasonable time like 7 am)

The hotel is in very calm and greenery area. The hotel is clean and neat . I got room upgraded by make my trip was really nice. Only worst thing is leaking bathroom fitting.

Great experience for Senior Citizens

Very good place to stay
The place is good and clean, rooms are nice and bigger as compared to hotels in nearby region. plus the food is very good and has lot of options in menu. staff were cooperative. only suggestion is to add more items in breakfast, rest everything is perfect
