worst stay .. no towel and dental kit given .. after asking only towel given . mosquitoes were there and electric kettle was not present .breakfast was very bad . Too much humidity in room and room was not having space .

Good Stay
Property is clean... breakfast is tasty.... housekeeper service is good... receptionist folks are good.....surroundings are busy and at times chaotic.. traffic and honking ,but then everything is closer as far as location is concerned

worst place
horrible experience..pls don't book this place on any circumstances .. this is a dirty unhygienic and untidy poor services it was my worst nightmare I stayed here in room with cockroach 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳.. mosquito broken toilet commode leakage poor cleanliness of floor...bed spreads..and pathetic bad odur smell from entrance to lift to rooms..to etc with gutkha spitting around

There were no tea or coffee arrangements on table. Also, receptionist initially didn't provide me bill copy on checking out. Only I had to request.

Very dirty.. red ants in bed... water leaking in washroom.. Tea did not taste good. Probably the milk was spoiled.

The hotel at at prime location in heart of Thane city and close to most of important place The house keeping was done whenever requested The staff is very cooperative Room allocated to me was excellent with good sunlight and AC was working very well Will stay in same hotel whenever I visit Thane

Good for short stay
Good hotel to stay for short solo stay. Rooms are small, but ok. Lights inside room should be improvedWell connected with transport. Breakfast option should be increased. Basic toiletries should also be provided . Staff is cooperative. Cleanliness is maintained well.

The staff there is not friendly, the cleanliness of the room is okay, if you stay for more days then the hotel staff does not even ask about cleanliness and water! they do not have their own restaurant, they order food from outside!
