Review Of Royal Garden Resort (FREE WATER PARK ENTRY)

The property was good in terms of location and water park facilities. Family can enjoy the whole day. Food quality is very good. The staff are courteous. Open parking is available. The cleanliness of the room and surroundings were average. Note: I visited during the rainy season.

Hotel ambience was good, eatery at nearby Kathiyawadi was awesome. In hoise restaurant was also nice but litle costly. Not worthy for night stay if you are planning for only water park activities. Better to go back your ome if you are from mumbai

it was a pleasure staying at the royals. staff was decent. no body is 100 %. so minor things can be avoided. great water park. mountainous beauty was marvelous. only thing i felt was bit far away from central mumbai. peace ful stay. adios Mumbai 🙏

We had a wonderful one-day stay at Royal Palms Resort as a family with our young child. The property is serene and beautifully maintained — perfect for a quick getaway from the city. The staff was courteous and attentive, making us feel welcome right from check-in. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. What stood out most was the lush greenery around the resort and the peaceful ambiance, which made it a great place to relax as a couple while also having enough open space for our kid to enjoy. The food was tasty with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a delightful experience and we’d definitely recommend it to families looking for a refreshing short retreat.

Property location, Service all are good. But water park was too crowded. It is good to visit on Monday to Friday.

The location and water park is good. The food at the Restaurant is Very good and Room Service is fast. But the Rooms are not in Great shape. Renovation work is going on. Room telephones were not working. Housekeeping service and Room Cleanliness below average. We had taken 2 rooms . In one of the rooms some lights were not working and Tv also was not working

Room cleaning quality can be improved, should have small play area for children. Restaurant food quality and quantity is very nice.

Rooms provided was not upto mark washroom drains was chocked and water use to accommodated. Have checked multiple whenever booked with makemytrip corner rooms are provided which are not upto standards.
