it's a pleasure experience to stay at Dove ,room were clean, service was excellent and the stay was peaceful .

Some basic facilities were available but not much recommended. there was no kitchen and there was no remote for air conditioner in our room.

Shady hotel, some shifting going around in hotel so lifts are closed for a 5th floor property. Corridor filled with Labours/workmen, totally unhygienic condition muddy floor, filthy bad smell, all rooms unoccupied. Had to run away from the place Best part was MMTs response “we are resolving your issue by providing different room” within the same hotel floor. Like seriously, totally useless service provider Highly recommended to stay away from this hotel and the service providers.

Honest staff they returned my wallet I forget at room and checked out. receptionist on duty kudos to you.

Room was terrible and no room service they charge for water bottle. That's mean water basic need was not there. Lot of cocroch. No pillow cover see the condition of bed. So they were not having photocopy

Tv channel wasn't recharged. Exorbitant time taken for ordered food. Ac pipe was leaking on the bed.

Pathetic property...Right from the entry of the hotel - lift -reception , Room, toilet everything was terrible 😑.

Rooms are good and clean but the day manager was not a professional at all. He doesn't know how to talk with a customer. His behaviour is not acceptable. In other parts the night manager is a very humble and gentle person.

I arrived around 12 midnight and spent over 40 minutes looking for the hotel. It turned out that the hotel is actually called Dove and not as it says in the app. The water in the hotel is very bad, you need to drain the water from the tap for 5-7 minutes to get clean water. The TV does not work. There are a lot of cockroaches everywhere and the bed linen is very old and dirty. The hotel is not looked after. The staff does not decide anything.
