The rooms was not cleaned when i checked in it was stinking cigarettes, when i informed the room service or the butler he stated that “sir aap b toh smoke karoge toh smell ayega” this shows how the hospitality is. I was supposed to stay for 24hrs but i checked out early and prefer to staying at my friends place. The bathroom was untidy hairs around the gesser and tv was not working.

Sorry. Hotel is very bad

They are staring us all over time when we go you or in the room

Behaviour of staff was very rude they where asking me to pay extra money at the time of checkout

Hotel jayamahal cancel-led hotel booking at last minute leaving us in lurch

Ac was shutting down. There was no hot water facility.

Its is very nice place stay and hotel staff good

Some of the starters were neither spicy nor it have any flavours. Service is good
The hotel has taken proper measures to take care of safety.

Bathroom floor tiles are very slippery. Not safe dt all
