I recently stayed at Hotel Saffron Inn and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the washroom was hygienic, and housekeeping did a good job of keeping everything neat. The staff was polite, responsive, and always ready to help, which added to the comfort of the stay. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. One small area of improvement could be enhancing the in-room facilities, such as adding more toiletries or improving Wi-Fi speed. Overall, Hotel Saffron Inn is a good choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay. I would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

One of Terrible and Worst Hotel I have stayed in recent times.... first of all the reception guys are not ready to listen to Customer.... Their Only floor operational which is in 4th floor... construction work is on going.... Lift is not working.... steps are completely dirty with wood dust and water and fully slippery... Me n my wife with my 2 year old Kid used stairs only while going up n coming down as well... Further, I ordered Breakfast at 10 Am in the morning and it came at 11.15 after somany follow ups... Due to my personal requirement, I actually requested for a late check out around 4PM (by paying some amount). But due to Mumbai Traffic, I was bit late by 2 mts, and I requested the desk guy to allow my wife to change the dress and requested for 5 mts extension but he spoke very arrogantly and completely denied my request... I called again n Spoke with them but no use ... Ultimately somehow we left the room n paid the outstanding bill n came... I made to understand the Reception Guy again that this is not the way to treat a customer but he was only saying Room is booked and You have to Leave, that is the policy... In real , this hotel never followed the policy and not provided required basic things as well. In a Room of 2, Atleast 2 towels and 2 water bottles should be provided... but they ONLY provided ONE, and we had to buy extra by paying money. Bedsheets and bedspread is seemed like not properly washed... As I already said, Breakfast provided very late and it was not that tasty but Tea was good. For Iron purpose we asked Iron Box n table but they only provided Iron Box... we somehow did iron in bed only as there was no Table in the Room. Ultimately, In recent times, this was ONE of my TERRIBLE stay especially when You travelling with family.... Not the Worth for what I paid... Really Disappointed n Frustrated n Irritated...

I found this hotel which was nearest to my work office ,Overall good but lot of noise from outside .

Washroom was not clean you have not provided with proper washroom kits plus had asked for a better view but was not available

Ms. Anushka and a guy and one lady at reception they really nice peoples and Housekeeping staff is very helpful thanks saffron for a pleasant stay 🫶🏼and specially the cat she is so cute 🤭💗

Very average hotel and in a building that is in bad condition and not maintained. No breakfast and no restaurant. Can book on own at much cheaper price.

Hotel room were good. Spray in washroom was broken. After informing the staff also no one came to fix it.

I was stayed in saffron inn, Thane West for a night with my family. I have terrible experience of mouse in occupied room(room no. 412, 4th floor). they have a electricity wires at the entrance of the room which is not safe(covered by wooden door) from which mouses are entered & make a noise overnight.

Hotel saffron inn is a conveniently located property. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The toilet facilities are good. The staff is a very helpful and is prompt in attending to requests. Room service for food is slow on account of absence of own restaurant. But food provided is of good quality and reasonably priced. Would definitely prefer to stay in this hotel on next visit and will recommend to friends and relatives.

Very bad condition room. Cigarettes smell throughout my stay. Very bad condition bed sheets, where i was not able to sleep at all. Room size where only one bed fits. Very compact size. Bathroom are very small and no proper towels n soap. Towels horrible. Booked for 2 nights but didn't use it. I preferred to stay with my relatives away from this hotel. Only came for checkout. Mm t must do quality check when they give hotel options. Most of time pics and actual doesn't match.

This is a typical lodging. Do not expect facilities of a hotel. Bed sheets, bath towels are old and dirty. No other decent restaurants are nearby to have food.

Room is too small, ac leakage, dirty room, asking rs. 500 cash for a guest who came to meet, manager told me if you don’t pay i will cut light, in night only one guest was there, he told me per guest you have to pay rs. 500.

1) the sign board is not visible. Locating the hotel is an issue. 2) they don't even serve a bottle of water. I hv to pay. Normal tap water. They serve free of cost.

I found this place on google and it was having very good ratings so i decided to go for it and my experience was very good as i expected. Room service was very good and fast.
