The hotel was sheddy The bed was not good I was continuously hearing the outside noise and I felt little unsafe

Washroom was not up to the mark Felt non hygienic .Bedsheets and covers were not comfortable

AC was not working after 5 hours we change room then too cleaning was not there bad odour not liked

I think this hotel is very local and for local crowd, till 1. Pm there is noice of people partying, smoking and what not. Breakfast is really poor quality. Rooms are good but overall hotel rating is minus

The hotel was well located. Amenities are close by. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and everything worked well. I would have preferred to have a better designed writing desk area.

hotel location is goo very good, the people and service was good, but the maintenance is very bad, the furniture and fixtures of the room are very very very bad, the lenin was shabby , it actually looked like room than any business hotel stay

Hotel ambience is nice. Walkable distance from railway station. Staff behaviour good.

Access and egress to the hotel reception was very constrained and difficult to use by multiple persons during emergencies. Water from the water heater was not automatic and needed to inform reception for hot water. Hot water was very dark in quality.

There is no towel, body wash, handwash in the room. Reception phone was not working. They charge 30 rs. For water (mrp - 20 rs) in morning complementary breakfast. Breakfast was too late.

Location of the property is very good, all aminities are upto the mark, i had got very good service

Stinging, torn bed sheets. Dead lift, dirty washrooms and toilets, indifferent behaviour from staff. No proper room service no hot water no proper bed sheets. I stayed two days and was a terrible stay. And the bill is almost 3star rate

It's average hotel for stay. Not that much facilities they have. Only advantage is that thane railway station is convenient.

Shady rooms broken windows waste staff more like a rubbish oyo.beds are uncomfortable. Mattress are dirty

The people were nice and supportive. The room and interior were not as shown on the photo. The bed linen was stained as well as the cushion cover hair on the sheet toilet not cleaned and wobbly tap water running in the washroom toilet seat dirty sink was there but no tap there were noises in the night time of the people walking in the corridor there was program nearby with huge sound at 6 am in the morning again, people were nice but the hotel cleanliness wasn't feeling good. Definitely not worth.

Room was very dirty and smelly. Hot water supply was not there. Bedsheets and towels were not clean. Not recommended even for few hour stay.
