Room services and bathrooms are not good. Very poor hygiene and low professionalism. Parking area is ok

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and my overall experience has been positive. The property is consistently well-maintained — clean, tidy, and with a pleasant ambiance that makes for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping standards are commendable, and the staff is generally polite and professional. However, one area that could use improvement is the room size. While the rooms are clean and well-equipped, they feel a bit compact, especially for guests staying more than a day or those with additional luggage. A slightly more spacious layout would greatly enhance comfort, particularly for business travelers or families. Another point worth noting is the breakfast offering. The current spread is quite limited, with very few options available. For regular guests or those staying for longer durations, the lack of variety can become monotonous. I would highly recommend that the Laxvax team work on expanding the breakfast menu to include more diverse choices — both in terms of regional and international options — to cater to a broader range of preferences. Overall, it’s a good hotel with strong potential. A few enhancements in room space and breakfast variety could take the guest experience to the next level.

1.No hot water for bath. We had bath with cold water before sai darshan.2. Food is very expensive. We ordered rice. Subji . Roti and aalu jeera and bill was 2000. 3. No intercom is working in room to order some eles.

Exact Centrally Located in Thane City prime area. Easily connected to Eastern exp highway, Harbor cities, Railway stations. Suite rooms are well maintained and Food is good and variety options are available. Surmai fry must try. Services are prompt.

I really like Food and Amenities. hygiene is properly maintained and not faced any kind of issue in terms of service and behavior of the support staff.

We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel location and the ameneties are excellent. We did not use the restuarant/food service. Overall a best business hotel in Thane

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The food was overall good, but the rice served was a bit too hard on every occasion—something that could be improved. Otherwise, the menu had variety and the taste was satisfying. The location is decent, but the nearby area is still under development, so the surroundings are not very lively yet. However, it's peaceful and convenient enough for most purposes.

Property location is not great. Finding an Ola was always difficult as driver couldn’t find the hotel location at all. Hotel lift is so tiny n congested. Didn’t eat anything there
