I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alka Residency! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was quick and very professional. A special mention to Mr. Prakash, who made our stay even more pleasant with his helpful and courteous attitude. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Truly appreciate his hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly stay experience!

I would like to bring to your attention that the air conditioning unit in my room is currently not working. While the overall condition of the room is acceptable, I believe it does not justify the current tariff, especially considering the inconvenience caused by the non-functional AC. I kindly request that this issue be addressed at the earliest possible convenience or that an alternative arrangement be made. Thank you for your understanding and support.

It’s not a family hotel to stay .. only good for transit purpose … as it has bar hence to much alcohol smell all around, less clean room , bathroom

Nice stay easy to find and near by to Thane station which is the main highlight for this property, other than that overall stay is good rooms are clean and the staff are also helpful also feels safe as the property has security which is a good thing

I check in at 12th July and was there for 4 hours as my train got delayed , my experience was nice , I did not face any kind of issue

How to even describe it. Dirty pillows, hair on bedsheet and cover, shady place with stairs where you’ll definitely hit your head, narrow dark path to reach your room, dirty bathroom with already spilled water on floor, and worst of all, a really bad odour in whole room and bathroom which made me throw up. I checked in at 2-3 am and had no other options so just forcefully slept there trying to not touch anything and checked out as soon as 7 am. I would’ve rated the food as well but i didn’t even eat my complimentary breakfast as i was sure i didn’t wanna touch anything in this hotel. Towel had stains. The bathroom was so small, the shower was literally covering half of the toilet seat. Never been to a more unhygienic place. Please avoid even if it’s offered for per night. Not worth even that.

Bad oder in room Low AC power. Terrible resturant service Hopeless housekeeping services They not kept the AC remote in the room. To change or to operate we need to call housekeeping all the time. They said they keep the AC in Degree.

Unhygienic and unclean washroom &room has to wait long time to check in, no restaurant available, breakfast provided by third party vendor for whom have pre order
