Hotel Swastick

Room was v.dirty including sheets, pillows and duet. Bathroom was horrible dirty,, I asked to change my room.

The rooms are huge and spacious, but the cleanliness is of poor quality. They have provided all the amenities, but they need to keep the room and bathroom clean and tidy. I am not going to book this hotel again.

The best stay and too much spaceious room around all the hotels ! Even you can order your food online ! The best stays !

Overall experience was average. Room was spacious and clean but missed certain things. Room ddn had wifi, no intercoms, no tissues provided. When enquired about wifi the answer given was it's under maintenance. To connect with reception I had to search and find contact from Google, an intercom wud have helped.

It was good,the service was good and They were sweet enough to have me a hour more after the designated time.

Rooms are really good and value for money. Need a slight improvement with housekeeping.

Very bad room... water all over.. sticky floor.. bathroom door knob was not working. everytime another person had to be called to open the washroom. very bad experience

The environment was very good and staff was very helpful to us. Also, they allowed outside food and this is a plus point for me because I like to order from Swiggy very much.

Receptionist behavour was too rude we hate actually ourself because of selecting there to stay too bad hotel .pls kindly knot dont select there to stay with family there are too bad. its a hotel not a public place .😡😡😡😡😡🤬

The location is good and the room is spacious but the washroom could be better. The washroom was not very clean. The sink was getting clogged and was not resolved inspite of complaining at the reception.

Room was not clean. Bed was not as expected very hard. Floor was not clean. Not clean and hygiene. Looking dusty. Bed also.

The rooms are poorly maintained, with leakage patches under the ac, peeling paint, and inadequate cleaning. Broken windows, non-functional locks, and cigarette butts on the chajjas/balcony raise concerns about hygiene and maintenance. Sorry i didn't clicked any pictures

My room smells very bad, even the washroom is also not clean and badly getting smelly. Tv also not workable because they replied to the set-up box machine gets damage even gets electric shocked also i got it. Very very bad experience in this hotel that's why we left in the evening at 5. 00pm approximately because of this condition room they had provided and we can't stay the whole night. Even as i asked the wifi they replied on my same floor the wifi machine not working, then when we entered the room there is no water bottle provided, not even toilet paper, even the fridge also not working, in the room have coffee machine kettle but there is no coffee powder packet only sugar packets was there this is the very very bad experience i got it. Seriously this is hotel not a maintained properly and not a good service.
