I booked a standard room , but the receptionist, failed to provide the reserved accommodation. He was unprofessional and uncooperative, insisting that bookings only receive first-floor rooms. Despite repeated attempts to contact him, he did not answer. We were forced to rebook the same standard room through MMT. However, persistently pressured us to upgrade to a substandard room for an additional 800 rupees. Although the reservation was for two days, we checked out after one day due to this unsatisfactory experience. The overall service at Status Vasai was deeply disappointing.
