The rooms had smell of smoke all over it was terrible stay for me also it was not properly cleaned as well . I asked for room change but they said they had only this room. I asked if dine in room is available they said no even though while booking it showed it was available.Not recommending this hotel for a non-smoker it was a terrible experience.The towels were dirty as well the toilet & no bathroom accessories like soap or anything.

I had booked a hotel room through MakeMyTrip expecting a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The hotel gave us a room right beside a function hall on the top floor, where a loud function was going on the entire time. There was continuous noise, music, and disturbance—not a single moment of peace or relaxation. We couldn't even sleep or rest properly. Due to the unbearable situation, we had to leave the hotel at night itself. This was completely unacceptable, and such arrangements should never be allowed when guests are promised a peaceful stay. You can confirm the issue directly with the hotel staff too. Very disappointed with this experience through MakeMyTrip. I request you to take strict action against such listings and ensure guests are informed beforehand in such cases.

Walkable from Vasai road railway station. Room was not ready on standard check in time. Breakfast was limited but good. Overall good experience. MMT charged too much higher than actual room rates.

At the time of check out behavior of Manager was not upto the mark, water bottle charged 35rs + GST where as Mrp was 20rs, when I asked for reasons I was answered that this is 3 stat hotel and we charge accordingly, but Wash room was not cleaned as per 3 star hotel expectations. overall experience was good with limited breakfast.

I would give a 4 out of 5 as they made us wait for an hour because the room was getting clean and the excuse was the old guests didn’t check out. Otherwise the place is awesome. They have a pretty good staff who can handle situations and are good at responding quickly. The restaurant food was also good. The bathroom with the bathtub was great no issues whatsoever. The lights in the room were at point to give you a good vibe. Overall it was a great stay with one problem that i faced.

Staying at Aditya Residency was a very good experience... we were there for 4 days to attend a marriage. The food was equally good, The neatness, amenities and service etc. was great... All of us enjoyed a lot...

Great overall service, perfect for couples' staycation. I think the only issue we had was the loud ringing phone in the floor.

Aditya residency is right outside Vasai station. The property is well maintained and for the price paid its an amazing place. Breakfast is mostly complimentary which is one of the reasons we love going there. All their rooms are clean and hygenic

The hotel is right next to the station. 5 min walk from the station. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Clean and Neat rooms.

Very pleasant stay. The room service staff and cleanliness was 10/10. Even the food was good. Overall a great place to stay in Vasai easy.

Well maintained rooms and staffs are very much coordinative. Rooms are way better than expectations. I really had a good experience with Aditya Residency.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Bed is nice and firm. It's all very clean. But ac does not work well and you cannot control the fan speed etc. No remote supplied. Hot water in bathroom is a problem. Hardly any hot water. And train your staff to be silent in night hours. No loud talk or music on phones please. We need to sleep.

I tried to checkin with my government id but they didn't accepted it and told we only want aadhar cards and they didn't accept my government of india id card. Infact on mmt its written that they accept local ids too. It spoiled my mood on the start of the trip terrible experience

It's located right next to the vasai railway station in a narrow lane. The property is fairly decent and clean. Rooms are not congested. They have an attached bar and restaurant, offering a good variety of north indian dishes. They don't have any choice in the breakfast. It's 2 fixed dishes and tea delivered to your room.

it was a very nice place and nearby the railway station. easy to reach. The food is also good but costly. The room is very clean and amenities and services are good. The staff is nice and polite.

It was good just that i booked suit with bathtub but they allotted me deluxe room otherwise the stay was good
