Bed was twin sharing not worth spending money and then for water again they were asking for money then for tv they did not had wifi

Overall stay was okay! The room was not spacious and they should do dashing because where ever I was keeping my bag or clothes it was caching dust. plus, pot/washroom sit wasn't clean.. for cleanness, I would rate 2.5 and for cost 3.5 worthy and for 20 rupee normal water bottle they charge 50 anyways sharing for people to be aware of basic cost...

Beitiful hotel with poor management
Location is good, but as per services provided and size of room as well as other facilities the room provided was not up to mark, watchman's behavior during night shift was shoking, he was expecting money every time, i have never seen such a greedy and ill behaved employee in any hotel in my entire life. The food rates were very high not as per norms in hotel industry. Catering services were very poor. Reception staff never fulfilled there commitment. My experience was not good. With slight corrective action they can improve services.

Worst hotel ever i stayed in, very bad start of mumbai visit, i have paid bucks for one night stay for executive suite but room not worth also, pols don't fall for advertisement pictures, reality is something else

Good Stay
Stay was good, room was decent. However check-out experience was not very good. We wanted to extend stay and were told no room available. Front office did not even suggest to look online. Although got availablity and booked.
