Worst resorts ever we paid for the tree house and it was worst the blankets and curtains on everything there was dirt we have to call housekeeping to change the pillow covers and bedsheets and paint was not proper as well it was not worth 5k + at all and room service is very slow too we ordered tea and that took more than 40minutes to deliver

Very bad
Very poor quality room and bathroom. Cleaning is very poor in room and bathroom. Break fast is only poha should be worthless

Decent food, below average service
The bathroom water was not clean, even after telling the staff. Staff was cooperative however the services were very average.

Inappropriate food
Room was not clean floor was dust and mud. Light inside the room wasn't satisfied enough roon was quite dim. Breakfast which was served in chole bhature soap scrubber thread was found which wasn't expected at all from a hospitality industry. Hoping that you can improve the quality of food and taste and maintain cleanliness

Good hotel for stay near mira bhayandar.
familyHotel was good. Staff were cooperative and polite. They even arranged early breakfast on our request. The only problem we faced was due to noise of late night party going on that day.

Average Stay
The palli village resort is a charming heritage property that seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern amenities, including newly constructed rooms nestled near the swimming pool amid-st lush natural surroundings. The resort is meticulously maintained, exuding a sense of tranquility and peace. The food quality is commendable, and the service is exceptional. Average resort with a lot of scope for improvement
Pros: 1. Well connected with highway and within main city limits 2. Has a swimming pool(4 feets depth) with separate sub section(2 feet depth) for kids 3. Has its own restaurant, bar, kids play area with some chargeable games. Cons: 1. Rooms: we had booked a deluxe room and the one provided to us was very small, bit old and not well maintained from within. Needs renovation. Lot of mosquitoes in the room. Liquidator provided by hotel hardly kills any. Had to purchase and use 4 agarbattis( comfort)and spent first night 1-2 hours just to ensure all the mosquitoes are killed almost 50 of them. Very risky specially since we had 1 year old kid. 3. Shocked to see cockroaches in the room roaming freely if kept locked for too long or lights switched off. 4. Ac was too old and swing flap was not working. This is also a major concern as it directly blows all the air onto you on bed. This issue was in another room too and seems common across resort. 5. Breakfast: breakfast provided is also of substandard quality. I mean who serves onion bhaji, egg burji(too oily) and bread butter in which butter is just for name sake only. The second morning too it was the same menu only difference is instead of onion bhaji it was ch-ole bhature and bhature was so hard not at all enjoyable meal. If you are opting for a higher priced complimentary breakfast option then do keep these points in mind. 6. Restaurant: the whole experience kept me away from trying out the food from their restaurant as had read reviews regarding it to be overpriced for the quality and taste they offer. Pretty old and needs renovation to create good ambience for guests. Overall experience: it's an average resort if you are looking for a small weekend getaway with your family or friends. Definitely needs improvement for the amount they are charging and quality/service they are offering.

Pathetic service, in terms of food, stay, cleaniess, will be never recommend these property and place to anyone, limited option in breakfast, same taste and gravy in veg and non veg. Total waste of money atleast give proper basic service when you charge

Stay was good, enjoyed pool and food. But needs more improveme6 and maintenance
familyProperty is good, food is nice, less amenities. Kids play area need to be improved. Pool is nice. Due to sewer and a factory nearby, very bad stinking pungent smell was around our cottage rooms 114 and 115 next to swimming pool. Even room freshener failed. Staff is mostly helpful but one senior was very ill behaved. Anything that is ordered in room or at restaurant, has to be paid upfront. No payments during check out, of-course that makes it faster. But every time you have to keep phone/upi/card/cash available on you to pay. Is that why we go to resorts or hotels? is that hospitality? what about guests comfort?

Overall a good stay, relaxing experience and good break
familyLocation is well reachable from mumbai suburbs, and once inside were away from traffic, noise and chaos. Food is tasty especially lunch and dinner meals. No of breakfast items and quality was poor. Only pool in the name of amenities, but we wanted to spend time in pool only so it was enough. Pool is small if all guests would be present in it, fortunately we got to enjoy entire pool to ourselves. Baby/kids pool is good. Property has a sewer and a factory nearby, so very bad stinking pungent smell keeps coming in cottage rooms nearby pool throughout our stay. It was very unpleasant, even room freshener failed. Ac had minor leakage issue. Food service is good, reception is good & staff is good, but support person is arrogant. He needs to go back to school to learn hospitality and deal with guests. I would visit again only for meal or a swim, but not to stay again.
