Review Of Hotel Highland Residency

Hotel room was not good, fungus on table, bed, no proper management, they don’t have there own kitchen, we order idil and they took 30 mins to order which was provided from outside, no parking available due to which I got challan for same.

this hotel was good thae staff are very friendly and polite behaviour . The hotel was near the thane railway station

Service is the worst. No restaurant facility. Asking money for providing drinking water one bottle per day per person.

Unpleasant experience due to foul smell

I have been multiple city but never was experienced as like this hotel this hotel was horrible. Rooms not maintained and toilet was too dirty. I would suggest people do not stay in this hotel you will not feel good enough.

Seen cockroges in the room, poor hygiene condition, bed sheets are reused without washing. Looks like no fire escape.

Property not give me check in and i am in regular followup with make my trip customer team for my refund. Property totally fraud

No good quality of room no cleanliness no service and there people was not so professional they was minor employees not so serious about the job.

Very poor hospitality and rooms are not clean and tidy. Worst service facilitated Horrible experience. .

The rooms are very dark. AC flaps are broken, Bathroom dirty, jet spray broken, window glass broken. Cotton is coming out of the mattress of the bed. Electric wires are jointed in places. Service is good only at the reception counter.

Clean room and bathroom, one of the best stays in this budget (around 2000) in thane, the place is near a vegetable market, a lake and a park. Overall a good experience.

It’s cute. I got everything i needed for a day of stay. The budget is also ideal. You also get the amenities.

Location is very good, food is not served at hotel, additional room service charge is demanded when served from beside hotel, service is bad, younger persons are serving in filthy attire chewing tobacco and gutkha, no amenities at all, no parking, waiting area, very congested hotel, with small rooms, old mattresses, bed sheets and blankets which are smelling! only thing the location is good!

Reaching hotel they told us the triple room is not available we will shift to another hotel. They moved to Hotel Railway inn. Staff was rude, bedsheet was having clear hairs and stains. Asked to change but Manager said can be changed in the morning only. No phone, no restaurant. Have to go to reception to get even water.
