No Hot water in bathroom, staff is in attitude, small room, I think new construction, no hanger in bathroom

First of all, person on reception looked at me like why i disturbed him from watching movie on his mobile. Very small rooms. Too much mosquitoes. No repellent available. Rooms were under maintenance, wires were hanging from open ceiling. Electric key card was not working. There were only one set of keys available with them so keys were not handover-ed to us. Every time one the staff member came with keys to open room. Very bad experience.

I’m writing to share feedback about our recent stay, which was extremely disappointing. Here’s a summary of our experience: delayed check-in: our check-in time was 10:00 am, but despite arriving at 11:15 am, we were made to wait. The receptionist was very rude and lacked basic manners. When we mentioned the check-in delay, he curtly informed us the room was not ready, which is unacceptable given the pre-defined timing. Rude behavior: when we voiced our concerns, he rudely suggested canceling the booking and leaving. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Room issues: upon checking in, we found multiple issues with the room: the door lock was broken. The bathroom was unclean. The tv remote was broken, and despite requesting a replacement, no response was given. Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and it’s unfortunate that basic hospitality standards were not met. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to avoid similar situations in the future.

nice place but rooms are small without windows. Ventilation is an issue. Dedicated Parking also not available, need to park on main road.

1. Room showed in images were very different and small. 2. For water i waited for 2-3hours. 2nd day no cleaning services for room

The staff was good and well mannered and polite, the food was good, but the rooms werent that clean and had cockroaches running around the bed, we did compliant about it to the service person he said he'll get some spray but did not come back. No
