We had a wonderful one-day stay at Royal Palms Resort as a family with our young child. The property is serene and beautifully maintained — perfect for a quick getaway from the city. The staff was courteous and attentive, making us feel welcome right from check-in. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. What stood out most was the lush greenery around the resort and the peaceful ambiance, which made it a great place to relax as a couple while also having enough open space for our kid to enjoy. The food was tasty with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a delightful experience and we’d definitely recommend it to families looking for a refreshing short retreat.

The resort is really easy from a traveling perspective as it is just mere 45 mins from thane station, Check procedure hardly takes a few mins and the your room is alloted immediately, Staff are extremely courteous and respectful of your space. The room service was surprisingly swift and and food was really delicious also even though we went on the weekend there was no delay and lag in any kind of service or hospitality from the resort staff. From budget standpoint as the everything was well within the affordable price range, Overall a really great experience and definitely a place we are looking forward to visiting in the future.

it was a pleasure staying at the royals. staff was decent. no body is 100 %. so minor things can be avoided. great water park. mountainous beauty was marvelous. only thing i felt was bit far away from central mumbai. peace ful stay. adios Mumbai 🙏
