RAJ RESIDENCY

First room provided was not good there was leakage near bed and painting was not done in room it was old room and small.after informing 3 to 4 times they changed a room. New room was good as compared to old. Overall it was poor to average rating.

Everything is good except the washroom. Problem faced with the washroom.

It was ok ok property not good for couple and don't go by pics. If you are solo traveller than it is ok. Reception is responsive and helpful.

Worst location, Worst cleanliness, Worst experience ever. Full of mosquitoes, Washroom was filthy. I would never recommend anybody to stay in this hotel. It was a bus stand lodge kindly of a hotel.

Rooms were not good. Congested washrooms. Curtains stand was broken. Towels were tacky and smelly.

It’s only good for unmarried couples. I think you understood what i’m saying. Don’t got there if you are a gentleman.

Bathroom toilet seats in both rooms 409 and 207 were missing. I did not get hot water even in the replacement room. I noticed cockroaches in room 207, replacement room. Front desk people were courteous and helpful.

Hotel room is not well maintained. Bathroom fittings are broken. Room painting is very bad. Horrible experience.

Ac not working room not clean

Average rooms with poor room service.

Checked in late, and they gave me the room. The room was smelling bad. Bed sheet, pullover everything was not clean. Washbasin water goes to the bathroom itself. Lot of noise all the time. Poor lift. Didn't give mineral water, it was included in d package. Lots of mosquitoes. And tv was not working. Overall third class facilities. Not Worth for the money. It will cost less than an amount. And they are paying more.

The room cleaning boy was peeping inside the room opening the door from duplicate Key.

Too much of couple bookings, bad behaviour, small room, no cleanliness.

Not good as quality of room and bathroom is not good

Hotel rooms were dirtiest, without windows without ventilation, suffocated rooms with dirty washroom, was not looking safe, the place is not for the sophisticated pool.

The staff was very polite, easy to go, price worthy rooms, nearly to well known palaces

The stay could have been better by making some improvements in washroom amenities.

Dirty room bed sheet, towel, small room n bathroom also small and bed is very bad in condition. I suggest don't book this hotel for stay
