Terrible Stay
Not at all family friendly loud music was playing till 6:30 in the morning. Because of that we couldn't sleep. Rooms were very small. Ac was not working.

This resort only for short time privacy. Not for comfort.
Not worthy for the payment. Too smelly. Congested space. We should get better space for the fee we pay. Not a great vibe.

Not a place to go again
familyA terribly wrong decision to stay at this place. We decided to make this place a pit stop in our journey. The washroom was unclean. The place had some party going on even at 4:30 am. We left the hotel after checking in at 1am, having completed around 3 hrs of sleep, as it felt unsafe, unclean, and disturbing

If you have your drinks and dinner in the garden restaurant which was on 1st floor with live music, you get 20% discount with awesome feeling.

Poor Stay
Construction work going on during our stay, room given was not upto the mark, 202 card swipe not working, entrance was smelling bad and no view at all. Towels provided looks old and dull.

Excellent Stay
The place is excellent with amenities like swimming pool & garden play area, lounge bar etc. It is located on the opposite side of Greenery. Rooms are up to the mark at the price they are given. Food is excellent and lip smacking. A big plus point is they have a Matrix lounge & bar, though the food inside is cost (300 for a starter) but the dj in it rocked it all. It's totally packed with the sound right into your ears so you won't stop to enter into the dance floor and make some moves. I will definitely be visiting this place again 😍

1) insects in the room. 2) too much smell in the room. 3) maharani suite as the name goes is totally opposite of it. 4) no shampoo and body wash. No toiletries. 5) too much noise. 6) rs is a wastage

pathetic service
though the staff was Kind and polite. service here is worst.rooms are not clean .outside food is not allowed but they have limited options...juice they give you real juice don't even know if it's expired. I had ordered tea in evening it didn't came for an hour. I called back thrice. and on last call they say Milk got spoiled hence you won't get tea..😅 I mean this is worst thing they can reply.. you're running a hotel business and you don't have milk .that was lmao moment

Room was nice. Food was tasty. Complimentary consumeables was limited, no shampoo provided. Complimentary water was also only 500ml they should give at least 1000ml
