The room was cozy and amazing but the glass was not clean, the toilet was dirty & the staff was not attentive I told him to give a water bottle but he didn't give

Excellent Stay
My review about the place. The place was clean & peaceful, all the amenities were working properly like ac and other basic stuff that you're supposed to get, it was a nice experience overall. Only issue happened was that i made the payment through "make my trip using gpay" at 11:51pm, amount got deducted from my account but the dream palace lodging team said they haven't received the confirmation yet, it is still showing pending in their system other than this it was a wonderful experience
