There were places spat on with gutkha, flush was not functional

Bedsheet and towels were dirty. Staff kept us waiting for unnecessary reason. Blanket was torn and not comfortable at all. Ac condition was also not good.

Room time Se nhi mila 3hrs Wait Kiya H uske Baad bhi bakwas Room Mila Clean bhi nhi h Very late Sarvice 👎🏻. Khana order kiye 1.30 hrs ho gye abhi nhi aya. Bad sarvice

Pillow was smelling tv remote not working ac remote not working geysar not working. .

Well cleaned well servicing by staf and all workers rate is also best and good looking place, couple friendly. Friendly behaviour nature of all workers. Couple friendly rooms.

The bathroom was not hygienic, and the pipe was broken, the room and sheets weren't clean either. The blankets provided were torn.

The staff was very good the manager and all the employees were extremely helpful but the cleanliness of washrooms could have been a bit better, overall it was a very pleasant stay and a good experience

Over the manegement was good the room was clear but the geyser was not working and after 12am the hotel restaurant as been close

It was a good experience. Staff was helpful but it’s better to order food from outside. Because they also bring it from outside and charge is too high if you place order to management staff.

Hotel joy palace was just average, if you're going for just 4-5 hours then it is okay, you can adjust, but you're going 2-3 days then i think it is not worthy to stay in this hotel. & why i'm telling you. - tissue paper was not there - toilet paper was not there - hand soap or normal soap was not there - towel was not there - tv was not working properly - under bed there was a lot of dust. & they cost aprox 1450- for one night stay with queen size bed and with ac.

It was a good experience. Place was good, neat and clean, staffs were good in behaviour but somehow it is not good for offline booking service. They do not provide any clear statement to customers. I recommended this place to my friend and he did contact to them for booking. They said to come and we will provide you a room. When they reached on the same day but they said that there is no room.
