It was a terrible room. There were cockroaches everywhere. The food was stale

Room service to bad rooms to small no facility no water botel

Would highly recommend galaxy as the staffs are very helpful and very good hospitality for elderly guests

we checked in late night that is early morning of 3am n requested for late check out at 12pm it was rejected by person who was not qualified to attain the duty of reception he was very young at age and was very rude the other person with rahul was very professional but rahul was very dominating , irritating and was looking uneducated. we had no choice so we stayed at the same hotel and check out at 11am and the same experience we shared with front office manager at the time of check out. this was our experience 🙏

No proper cleaning in hotel. Staff is good. Food is costly

Hotel location is good, room little bit shabby, food average, staff cooperative, over all average, ac was not cooling as very hot and humidity outside

Hotel room service was not good, toilet was not clean, mattress was dirty, i ordered veg sandwich tht to was okay type

The room was so terrible even the bad sheet are in bad condition allover the hotel was is in very bed condition

The rooms weren’t clean, the main door didn’t have proper lock from inside, the washroom door had no lock whatsoever, the ac made terrible noise, the pillow covers were unclean and the room floor was also not mopped properly and the room stunk. All over experience was very bad and the amount was. L not worth at all. I checked out early. Couldn’t stay the night.

Accommodation is satisfactory but certain things could be added like, few hangers. There should be a pair of slippers, an electric cattle and for water jug and glasses.

ac remote not working in room. lots of cockroach 🪳 and mosquito in room. bed smale in room. room service also not good. many time call to reception but response given too late

Toilet light not working, poor unhygienic balcony, torn blanket and poor & slow service man

Worst service, bad room service, room was not clean, not happy with such brand make my trip was not expecting such service from your side

Bathroom was not clean, everywhere presence of mosquito in room and bathroom.

Safe as other hotels and locality was also safe hotels staff were good

No cleaning, hygiene nothing totally rubbish experience charges also high for this room

Bed was not cleaned and it was dusty everywhere. Washroom was in most pathetic condition i vomited and left the location
