Linen are not clean and the room's condition was very bad. even the bath towels were torn. pathetic service

I booked a standard room , but the receptionist, failed to provide the reserved accommodation. He was unprofessional and uncooperative, insisting that bookings only receive first-floor rooms. Despite repeated attempts to contact him, he did not answer. We were forced to rebook the same standard room through MMT. However, persistently pressured us to upgrade to a substandard room for an additional 800 rupees. Although the reservation was for two days, we checked out after one day due to this unsatisfactory experience. The overall service at Status Vasai was deeply disappointing. pretty decent room at affordable price and comfortable stay and clean environment absolutely loved it

6 percent is less give me 50 percent will do it. Hahaa smart noo. Okk let's go with 40 percent then. Upto 1500

The experience this time was good and more over i liked that the hotel did improve and implement on things based on the last review. More over the staff of hotel status is very polite and approachable the room also was well taken care. I can say this as i was provided the same room on my last trip so compared to the last trip this time the room was well maintained

It was a value for money stay. The staff was extremely courteous & helpful. Rooms were nice and clean

It was a horrible experience. They don't know how to greet, they don't know how to talk, they don't have the manners, etc etc etc etc. I will not recommend to any family or couples to this hotel.

The room was not as expected no drinking water was provided no glasses were provided. The water from the washbasin to wash mouth was salty this is not a value that one would look for the amount that was charged

Hotel staff was very incorporative and worst. Rooms are dirty and stinky. I asks them for gst bill at the time of check out as i already booked 3 days earlier due to some emergency. I lost my money, can’t able to reimbursement my payment due this. Pathetic service zero rating to that hotel

The rooms were not clean. The mattresses and linen were unhygienic. There was no breakfast available although they charged for it at the time of booking the room.

Ok. The place was not good because water from the tap was salty and black particles of dirt were present in the water. You can not even wash your face with the water

the staff in hotel is not good specially person available in the registration counter he was very rude towards us and wifi was also very fluctuating overall nothing was good at the hotel. I will suggest not to go.

Felt negative vibes. My kid literally refused to enter the hotel whenever we returned from outside and cried most of the time.

Nice service with clean rooms and executive was behaviour was also good. Ambiance is nice pricing also affordable

Service - not even a single person at reception area, i had to scout for a person who could help me checkin. Room stay - entire room was filled with bugs, flies and mosquitoes even bathroom. Rooms are not maintained well. They give only 200 ml bottle per person for the entire day. Even while checkout security collected the room keys. Never going back!

For 1 night it’s fine also we things are need to be fixed as the fan was making lots of noise over all. Fine for spending 1 night.

I never check in to hotel due to family emergency send proof hotel is declining to refund. Money minded attitude no response to call from the prakash hedge above all no send sense of urgency. Pathetic
