Room prices were expensive basis the quality of room. Kitchen is also open for specify time. Rooms were clean though. Ac was providing a proper cooling. It was humid.

Excellent food, friendly front desk, Housekeeping staff always helpful even at the odd hours and centrally located in Thane.

Overall experience was good but lacks communication between the front desk and housekeeping department. I asked for water from the front desk but did not receive water. I called 3-4 times then received water.

The hotel is not at all accommodating, i had my wedding there and they made my life living hell. When i booked the rooms i had categorically told them about it. They didn’t allow visitors from 7pm to 7am. If it’s a wedding that’s happening in your venue how can you not let guests in? at-least inform earlier then i would have booked another place.

It is a very old property, lot of repair work is required in every area , starting from mattresses to floor …room conditions are bad . In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation

Good location situated in central thane close to station,, ghobunder road /rmall tasty food ( breakfast) n number of variants to taste. Very attentive staff good service and best part is very neat and clean this was my second stay at satkar residency thane
