Hotel Amantran

Stay was nrml. But what is shown in the picture at the time of booking it is not the same . The chairs are provided but shown it will be sofa. The bedsheets was torn. Also the TV was not working properly.

The hotel staff was very rude and and also the rooms pictures were not up to date and also the entrance is very shady not recommended the price is very high and according to that room is not good terrible experience never going there again Room was overly priced and not worth Room was very small and also the condition of the room was very dull color was falling off the walls and very shady room also the hotel entrance is not good and also the hotel staff is very rude

Terrible experience with the hotel staff. The room was okay okay. But the staff was literally too bad in their behaviour.

I'm requesting a refund due to a poor experience at your hotel. The executive assigned us a dirty room, which wasn't cleaned for 3 hours. Then again We were moved to another room, but it was also unsatisfactory. I'd appreciate a full refund.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.

I went in by 10”pm and the room was not at all clean it was having cockroaches and the floor was also musty by that i went for dinner and came back the room wss ok the entrance was not great like a hotel at least that not all of it the room dose not even have bath towels nor soap and the telephone line is cut. They offered me a suite but it also has same things like cockroaches. Thank u for the review asked

I was denied checkin stating they have already given me room to someone else. My booking was non refundable and i had already paid in advance then too they can't even keep a room for me until i come. I reached at 1pm it was not even the case that i was too late. Very pathetic management. Also they told they would shift me to hotel nearby on same price. Though they shifted me but they charged additional 300 rs from me for that. And also the room given was not upto the mark. I would never book or recommend anyone to book this hotel. In all this stuff my time 2 hrs wasted and i checked in nearby almost 3pm. Very worst management. Hotel was not worth

The entry to the hotel is not good as it is behind the building and through a unclean narrow passage the check in was quick and without any hassle the room was basic with many electrical fixtures open the bed looked clean but the sheets of the pillows and bed appeared soiled the ac was working well and silent the bathroom was clean however there was a open window that allows the dust to settle in the bathroom and makes it look unclean so i suggest they close the big window there vishal the person at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. His assistant naresh was good and obliged when i asked for a tissue paper roll i ordered steamed rice and dal which was given on a silver foil container wrapped in a brown bag and was absolutely hot ( with a melamine plate and bowl) all in all a good stay for a night if someone has some urgent work in this area surprised to see that there is no decent hotel in such a heavily populated area. I suppose people would travel half and hour and stay in a better place. However the staff are good and for this tariff i would not expect anything more than what was offered

Location wise it is right on dombivli main road. This hotel is on the 4th floor and does not look anything near the pictures shown. The way to the hotel is from behind the building. It is a herculean task if you have luggage. There is cigarette smell in the room. Breakfast is bought from outside. It looks like it is bought from a roadside hawker based on the wrapping in a newspaper.

Stay was average and food was ok and staff was also ok but not worthy as compare to price, i upgraded to deluxe but room was not so good, no tv in rolm but only youtube, no proper car parking, rooms need a pest control too.

It was very difficult for me to get to the location of the hotel. It doesn't even has a location on google maps. The person at the hotel could not even make people to understand the location. It took me lot of time and lot of difficulty to reach the hotel.

If you are looking for a budget stay in and around dombivli. This is the best place. Near to experia mall. Many restaurants are also available nearby.
