expected family room with a big bed but it was the same as the deluxe room. the hotel does not keep tea, coffee sachet the hotel does not provide iron and iron board

Breakfast was worst, they just gave 1 plain dosa. Room service was terrible. No tea and sugar sachets were provided, upon asking to staff they refused to provide it. What is the point of charging so much for room when you provide such terrible service! Never ever going here again. Highly not recommended. Terrible experience

Good stay but worst hospitality ever They don’t even know what’s hospitality for anything you call on reception everytime you’ll hear NO Only. We booked the highest tarrif room and this is my experience can’t even imagine normal rooms. Lacked basic amenities like hand towel, no tea kit, no tissues no handwash, believe it or not they went with no water available request after 11:30 pm the waiter were way too arrogance and never cared to serve in the room it was our job to take the food and serve, and have to pay everytime rather than one go billing .. endless issues with hospitality not an single help we got from hotel even after booking higher tier rooms

"A Pathetic Stay"

The hotel is somewhat quiet and decent, but overall the experience was disappointing. The breakfast quality was poor, and the service during breakfast was equally unsatisfactory. The surrounding area was terrible, and the ambience lacked appeal. We had booked the hotel under the impression it was a Vivanta property, but it turned out to be a local hotel with no such standard. Adding to the disappointment, a drain passed near the premises, making the environment quite unattractive.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was ideal, close to key attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety for a pleasant start to the day. Despite being a 3-star property, the service and hospitality felt above standard. The property is newly built. Rooms are very clean, overall ambiance is very good. Hotel was good but location was not good. Restaurant food was not good, it needs improvement. Restaurant server was terrible they need to be trained about customer service and privacy.
