Great place
I had a fantastic stay at The West Coast. It’s truly the best place I’ve visited in a long time. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The service was absolutely perfect—every staff member was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

The hotel and its rooms are great in terms of ambience. The utility services needs to be checked as the shower didn't have enough pressure.

Good Stay
The room was comfortable and the staff was really friendly. Had a nice stay at the hotel, however, toiletries could have been provided. The room was spacious and clean.

Relatively new hotel, not bad location, small rooms but nice staff
The staff at the reception were nice and polite. The cleaning staff were also very polite and easy to help, bringing towels and changing the bed dressing. The rooms however were too small for the price we payed. There was no restaurant in the hotel and they ordered food from outside, which was also a bit pricey. The bathroom was stinking at night and we had to turn on the exhaust inside it.

experience was okay
The rooms are clean and just as shown in the pictures. This was my third time visiting this property. My experience could have been better but was a little taken aback when the manager at the reception asked me if i have come here before and if i was coming with the same guest or a different guest and that he recognised me because of my surname. I went there with my partner and wasn’t comfortable with all the questioning. So definitely not going back there. No matter what you cannot ask a guest if they were coming with the same guest or different guest. So their management really need to work out on this.

Good Stay
We recently stayed at hotel west coast for two days, and as always, it was a peaceful experience. The hotel’s location, away from the busy roads, adds to the quiet and serene atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway. However, during this stay, we had asked the staff to clean our room while we were out, but upon returning, it hadn’t been done. They were quick to apologize and promptly took care of it, which was appreciated. The breakfast and coffee were a delight, just as we’ve experienced in the past. The staff continues to be cooperative and courteous, contributing to the overall positive experience. We’ll definitely return!
