1. There was no parking space allocated to ginger hotel. We parked the car on the service road adjacent to the hotel at our own risk.
2. The elevator does not start from the ground floor. One has to climb a flight of stairs till first floor in order to avail the same. Also, after getting off at the designated floor of our rooms, we still had to climb another flight of stairs in order to reach the level of our room. This is inconvenient, especially for senior citizens that have some issue of the leg or knee or back.
3. Upon request, the hotel staff arranged for a bucket, mug and a chair so that my father-in-law could take a bath accordingly.
4. They also helped with filling out water bottles as well as extra bottles upon request.
Overall, it was fine. However, i would have hoped for better facilities,even if the service was good.
