stay was good ..I booked the hotel at after 12pm & date booked for the next day of my requirement automatically.. when I approached make my trip customer care she asked me that, hotel is asking a fine of 3500/- to book it again one day prior.. I had to convince to the hotel staff to reduce it from 3500/- to 1500/-

The staff's at the reception are pathetic and doesn't bother about your experience at the hotel, despite paying for 2 guest's, I had to call them multiple times for water & bath towels , they simply ignored stating the other guest didn't share the identity document for them to update details, how does it matter ? I paid for 3 guest's and I should be serviced accordingly. Extremely poor support in parking my vehicle, the car got a dent by another car as it wasn't parked properly. The staff was rude and not helpfull. I am not visiting this stupid place ever agin.

very expensive for poor rooms n service.

very basic and old rooms for the rates they charge. staff soliciates for tips. there was a cockroach in the washroom(unfortunately I dont have a picture). the lifts from basement are kept off at night so guests have to take stairs. after checkout removing our car from parking was quite a task
