it was a pleasant stay only thing is that don't expect late night food alcohol or pool party it's a break through from busy life of Mumbai you can have alcohol if you carry it along or hotel will arrange for you but not post 10pm rest all good huge property and pool

The food here is quite expensive, and the portion sizes are inadequate. It’s surprising to know that even regular drinking water isn’t available inside the property—you are required to purchase mineral water, which is priced 50% higher than the MRP. The service is poor, and there is no telecom facility in the room, making it inconvenient to reach out for assistance. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Hotel cigad has a good proximity to the beach and the uttan church. The stay was comfortable but the rooms were not up to the mark. The walls had huge leakage stains, falling papdi. The ac was strong enough but the vents were broken and we couldn't adjust the swing. The night light in the room was defective. The bathroom had a broken tap. We didn't complain much as this was a 2 day stay, but the photos posted on mmt and cigad website is when the hotel was newly constructed. This place simply needs renovation otherwise we enjoyed the food and the pool although the food was very costly (800 for 2 people average for 1 meal) which we felt didn't match the service standards. The staff was well mannered and the pool was clean

They close the gate of the hotel at 9. 45 pm. You have to inform the hotel if you want to go out at 6 o'clock in the morning else you will find all the hotel gates locked with chain. Terrible time to contact the hotel staff as they will be sleeping.

Unclean bedding, poor service for food, kitchen staff dont even have a smile on their face, food accompaniments sent after food was over, food taste was not good, tea was cold and on mentioning it they just smile. If there is a big crowd they dont value you

We have been refused to give a check in at the hotel as they said we don't have any booking we don't received any call from makemytrip so you don't have any booking please coordinate with makemytrip and get it done however our traveller have to go to some other hotel and get the check in done we have sent the details to our relationship manager mr hemant for the same as well as the recording of the hotel staff who has refused to give us a chicken please refund are entire amount as discussed

Even-though hotel is situated at hill top and a very good view for uttan beach access to this hotel by road is very congested. It is best to check in before sun set as roads are very narrow. But hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. Foods are very delicious particularly non veg lunch and dinner. Please carry water bottle as they charge rs. 40 per one litre bottle

Cigad hotel and resort have a lovely property and the drive there is great. The food was good. Sadly the pool was not too clean and neither were the sheets in the room. The service was fairly ok.
