    Don't go by the pictures. This property is disgusting. The rooms stink of mould and fungus. The sheets were not changed. When I wanted to check into my room, the linen used by the previous guest was not replaced by the staff. The linen had dirty stains on it. Most of the rooms shown to me by the manager were in the same condition. The washrooms were filthy and unhygienic. I couldn't tolerate the horrific environment and had to cancel my check in and leave immediately. Also this hotel is not for families.

Additionally, you accessed a room which was not allotted to you and then raised concerns regarding its condition. Please note that the towel picture shared is not from the allotted room. The main issue arose as we could not permit more than two guests without valid IDs in the same room, in line with hotel and local compliance policies.     We booked a Premium Room with Balcony , and it turned out to be an absolutely pathetic experience. The room was filthy — the balcony was littered with cigarette butts, the bedsheet was dirty and had a hole in it, and to top it off, someone had spat paan on the wall next to the wardrobe. It was revolting and completely unacceptable. Calling this a “premium” room is a joke — it felt more like a poorly maintained lodge. After we complained, the staff came and cleaned, but the first impression was already ruined. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place — it’s a waste of money and one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had.

    Rooms were good service was also good only rooms needed some minors repairs like lights also intercom wasn't working but all services were provided over phone call at once. Do not choose any meals in the because they serve on Rice plate in the package and in breakfast only tea/coffee along with any one item is served not even bread toast. otherwise quality and taste are good

    terrible experience – avoid this hotel! i had a horrible experience during my stay at this hotel. no one came to clean the room for three entire days, even after repeated requests. the staff’s communication was appalling—rude, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. to make matters worse, i was overcharged, and despite raising the issue, nothing was done to resolve it. they also failed to provide basic amenities promised at the time of booking. save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

    My stay at [Hotel Merakee] was incredibly disappointing. The room was poorly maintained with stained carpets, a leaky faucet, and a bed that was clearly past its prime. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns about the cleanliness. Additionally, the noise from the hallway was constant throughout the night, preventing any chance of a peaceful sleep.     The hotel manager didn’t even give us an early check-in for two hour before and asked us for 1000- whereas we already paid for 2 nights in advance. The hotel was empty with bare minimum guests. I had my senior citizen mother with me and they made me leave our bags and come back later. Plus when we came back they sent us on the 2nd floor and it was very difficult for my mother who has knee issue to climb the stairs. The hotel do not have any lift or proper railings got old people to hold and climb for most of it. The food is over expensive and not of good quality. They have only 4 basic options to pick as a part of complimentary which if you step out you will get it cheaper and the tea/coffee was cold. Plus they did not offer a single help to bring down our suitcases. The room was smelly, the tv remote wasn’t working, the walls had seepage issue, the linens were very old and smelly too. The staff wasn’t helpful or nice to us neither do one of the managers. Even the ac wasn’t strong and was stuck on 23 degrees only. The balcony was not clean, it had cig buds and full of dust. It isn’t worth staying in this hotel for the money we paid. Instead stay in western or fountain or the hotel just beside western but not at merakee. The hotel must mention that it does not have a lift. Such a horrible experience. Not interested in staying there

    There was no safety at all in the room first i was staying in room 301 that room ac working balcony there is no lock any one can enter in you room and stolen your thing and you will do t know anyone can go to anyone balcony and then they shift me to the room 307 that room main door lock was opened by any key even i open the main door lock with my bag padlock key and then i was calling the manger and show them he change me to 305 cabin there was door lock ok but problem again with balcony door lock i was noticed all day this hotel only good for unmarried couples because i was saw there is people come fun only this not even 1 star hotel they charge people so much and there is not even sop shampoo bathroom id very duty like no one clean them more then 1 month 3 of the room when i was staying there are no balcony door lock it's open for others also this is not hotel this is kamat purr red light hotel in my stay i not even seen on family in this hotel and day time you will had nice experience with different different type of sound from bed and man and women and just go to your bathroom and hear next room sound this is red light hotel i this there is no id required for couple thats why they rate is high and they dud not refund money after you book think twice before you book if you need more help and photo and video contact me i have all prof of rooms and bathroom photo
