Excellent Stay
Lovely stay at this heritable property. This property transported us back to the portugese era in Goa. This is a 350 year old mansion which has been renovated beautifully respecting the portugese architecture and retaining its character. Its is a beautiful disconnect from the chaos of the world into the slow Goan life.

Good Stay
Overall it was good. For veg options are limited and for morning breakfast don't get south indian food where it should be there by default.

Excellent Stay
Surreal experience. The 16th century bungalow has been beautifully renovated and converted into a boutique hotel which has all the modern amenities whilst retaining the old school charm. Its an optimum blend of everything good. Spacious rooms, courteous staff, excellent food and a carefully designed property.

Terrible Stay
Room was dirty. Lizards and Cockroaches were in the room. No maintenance in the room at all.

Good Stay
I loved the property and the hospitality of the staff, who gave us so much attention. The property is awesome, giving an experience of living in the Portuguese era. Every small detail has been taken care of. I was traveling with a senior citizen who needed to use the wheel chair facility. The staff arranged for ramps at every place and as well assisted me to move the aged around. Food is good and available inside the resort.

Great escape from the city
Silva’s heritage is a hidden treasure in South Goa, 15 minutes away from Colva & Benaulim Beach. This 350 y/o villa only has 15 rooms which makes it a very exclusive stay for those seeking tranquility and peace. During my stay, they had facilitated my requests from the restaurant/bar Mesa Dulcina which has one of the best dining experiences in the area. Located across the lawn where they usually hold events/weddings, is the pool and bar which you can relax and sunbathe. Otherwise, there are countless of lounge spaces all around the property, for you to unwind. They also provide unmissable itineraries and activities in Goa for guests, but unfortunately I had been sick during my stay, thus being confined only within hotel grounds.

16 th century big villa.best rooms.nice breakfast.pool was under renovation,but hotel staff helped for nearby hotels pool,staff is very nice.spa is best.overall I must say Best and in this season means april it's cheap in rates.

Lovely, Peaceful Stay!
Had a lovely stay at Silva Heritage in Benaulim! The old Portuguese villa is gorgeous, with spacious rooms and a chill balcony to unwind. Loved the evening swims in the pool and the fun in-house bar with live music. Plus, they thoughtfully packed us breakfast for our early checkout—super sweet touch!

spectacular stay
We were travelling with our 7 months old and looking for a comfortable stay. Silva was the best we found. Entire property and the room that we stayed in reflects the 16th century architecture. We instantly fell in love with the house. It also has nice pool and pleasant garden. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Food was excellent - we had both dinner and breakfast. Location wise it is nearby bernaulim beach. Only downside we faced was there were mosquitoes in room. Except that, everything else was perfect!!

Great experience
familySilva heritage is a beautifully restored, 350-year-old portuguese-style villa that offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for vacations. We booked two rooms, both spacious and adorned with classic portuguese-style furniture and lighting, along with equally large bathrooms. We also had the chance to explore some of the unoccupied rooms, each uniquely and distinctively designed, with a name that adds to the villa's charm. The staff was very polite, and the food was excellent. Although our visit during the monsoon season limited our ability to enjoy the lawn and swimming pool, the live orchestra on saturday night brought a nostalgic vibe, making the restaurant lively and vibrant.

Good Stay
We liked the heritage property and it's location. Didn't get a chance to try their food but live music in the restaurant was nice too. They should perhaps standardise the checkout time to what every hotel practice. And add a variety to their breakfast menu. Nevertheless, i've recommended the place to a few already.

Peaceful and well maintained
coupleWe stayed at silva for 3 nights. The property is extremely amazing and very well maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful. The location is central by private transport (car/bike) but otherwise most good eateries are about 20-25 minutes walk. Their restaurant is good too and breakfast was also very good. All rooms are different from each other so if if it’s not fully booked you can ask them for options. Overall it was a great experience.
