Not bad. Room with clean washroom and tv water facility.

Best place for kovai siddhapudur and required some cllineness where the basic things like bedsheet not changed

Room is not neat, no towel provided. Lots of cockroaches inside room. Zero hygiene.

Even no bed sheets or covers and towels, etc as basic amenities.

I asked for a double bed room and they didn't even try for it. Bad toiletries and bed room.

Room was clean and restroom clean that's the only thing.
Visited room at early morning 2:30 am, room service was fully drunk he didn't even arranged to park my car, I myself walked around to park my car. Even my wife showed make my trip booking email he said you have not booked any rooms here book it freshly. Finally I made him understood since he was drunk don't know how to speak with a lady. Finally he gave a room key, no water bottle, no towel, no basic, needs while I was filling up room form someone called to get a water bottle he strictly we are not here to buy water bottle you must bring all. I understood I have left a water bottle which was half litre I took and went for our room morning waked up 8 am to keep my car in front of lodge. He didn't even bothered asked me who are you why are you leaving your car here I said I staying in your lodge please bare for another few we won't come to your lodge here after checked out at 11 pm even though it's 12 pm. Worst experience I ever got very bad lodge, please don't go.

Average maintenance, need to improve room cleaning.

Improve TV channel and furniture.

Location is good. Basic hotel with no toiletries provided. Okay for an overnight stay without letting looking for any facilities. Not sure why hotel reception treating online booking differently as we too paying the money specified for room and not just coming in and staying free of cost. Good to change that attitude. Booking allowed 3 people in a single room but hotel uncharged not worrying about that and just giving the room that is having just 2 single bed and not even talking about giving additional bed.
Very basic and disappointed not to find any toiletries in room. Booked few rooms with 3 people, but provided 2 single cots and not even worry about giving extra bed. Not sure why they treat online booking differently compared to direct booking in the hotel though we are paying the same amount they set. If not interested they should not opt for online bookings.

Wonderful stay at here. Overall OK they did not give towel, soaps, shampoo at all. Located nearby shops and restaurants..
