Room was excellent and food was really good I really enjoyed the stay and had a very pleasant visit

Location is excellent. Staff is very good especially Sugandhi and Pradeep . Food quality and service also very good, breakfast menu also was very good though there was slight delay in service. Overall everything was good.

I had a pleasant stay at The Zen Park hotel, Coimbatore. The hotel is close to the airport and the staff is friendly.

Bed sheets and towels are not clean.. pls change periodically.. as your charges high..

The property was good, breakfast was really good, location was more comfortable, nearby there was a medical, reliance mart, bank ATMs, lots of hotels, inside the hotel there is a well maintained AC Bar, first floor there is a restaurant, second floor clean and maintained rooms, good room service, clean and sophisticated stay, good response from the people, underground parking, bus facility also available in walkable distance.

Good stay and good breakfast. Recommended to all like family, couple and solo also. but this price little expenses.

Pros : rooms are neat and clean. The hotel was on the main road, easy to find. Cons : highly unprofessional staffs. Front desk integrity with the guest is very poor. Front desk staffs looking to make money from the guest in all possible means. Air conditioning was not working properly. Even after repeated calls no response from the front desk. Extra bed was not provided even after making payment. When asked about it they come up with silly reasons that you should have informed it. But we informed twice by going direct to the reception. We added one more room during check in directly at hotel, they charged heavily for us. Kindly note it is better to book through makemytrip than direct.

1. Charge was too high foe the hotel location, room size and services rendered. 2. Extra cot given was collapsing and the kid was scared to sleep. 3. Cheap and dirty bathroom towels.

Had a good stay at Zen Park. Food was good and had good non- veg choices. Staffs were friendly. rooms were clean. This was my second stay in this hotel.

Stay is very horrible. First thing is no parking available for guests. Since whoever comes to the bar occupies the parking. Second thing, extra bed they have provided was broken so i fell down. Thirdly in the night some group of people occupied in our opposite room were drunken and shoughted the whole night, disrupt every body. Regarding food very minimal and average. So totally it's horrible stay. It's not a hotel where family can stay. Its a bachelor lodging house. So it's perfect for bachelors.

Zen park is located at a prime location in periyanayakanpalayam with access to a lot of shops and market nearby. I stayed with my family for two days and the hospitality was amazing. Hotel staff were very polite and considerate. Food is great! a complete value for money package!

The rooms were clean and neat. Ac and tv were working as soon as we switched it no we didn’t call reception for any help.

Had an excellent stay at the zen park. Right from the moment i checked in, the front desk staff was courteous and explained all my queries. Room was perfectly clean and in immaculate condition. Only suggestion to the management is to have a few more items in their breakfast buffet. Other than that, everything is good.
