staff was unprofessional washroom was stinking very badly i must say do not stay at this property .... family was very upset

Ok. Still being developed. Suggestions for improvement. Basic needs to be provided like a kettle for a hot drink with coffee and instant milk especially as there are no nearby shops. The owner needs to oversee the hospitality of guests. Wishing you best of luck.

It was neat bed was small no soap or towel no hot water in the night little costly for its amenities

Hotel is located so far from the city. It doesn't have proper identification & location for the hotel. Hotel have geezer but hot water is not coming from it. It doesn't have proper bus connectivity.

Ayyan residency is a very comfortable place to stay near adiyogi/isha foundation. It's an easily accessible and very quiet place to stay single and/or with family too. Love to stay at this place again. Ok do it later

Property is very good and neat location is fantastic and room service is excellent awesome location surrounding full of trees

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.
