Excellent Apartments, my first choice in coimbatore for staying definitely MKRESIDENCY, loved the food reasonable rate

Location is near to shopping street. Food quality is very good. Room Amenities are basic.

Room had a foul smell like sewer. We didn’t realize at first because room was cleaned with phenol. Late night the smell became unbearable. Also, flush was not working.

I drove to coimbatore and came across MK residency, and for real, it was a great place. Very clean, very affordable, good laundry service , car parking ( minor extra cost ), and car cleaning service ( very affordable). For me It was a superb option. personally, I felt taken care, I got my clothes pressed and kept in my room, and my car cleaned in the morning, all set for a business meeting. The street entry is a bit small. It is better to use Google maps to reach there, very close to all the main shopping, eating, and Bar restaurant next door. Most importantly, great air-conditioning and clean Toilets. Good for families.
