It was a pleasant stay at Viswa Vikas Residency, and the caretaker was kind enough to help us with whatever we asked help for.

Very shady and nothing was clean.

Stay was excellent and clean room, perfect for family and friends

No shower, basic bathroom essentials, unclean toilets and dirty water, no basic stuff given like water bottles. Terrible sanity with unclean bedspreads and improper ac functionality. Literally no one to help with issues except for this sad bloke who was almost helpless with no answers for our questions. Felt really bad for him. No management at all. Room service or just any service didn’t arrive on time- had to repeatedly call them to come and do the requests. Do not come here for any reason whatsoever.

The room was not cleaned, water bottles were not given, no towel given, i have used the same towel, no body is available at reception or for any service, it's managed by one person only. No breakfast available for breakfast we have to go somewhere else.

Nothing much going for this place. The place feels extremely unwelcome. The location is not good. I don't recommend this place.

Its very average stay and i’m not happy with the cleanliness. Washroom door. Toilet it’s not cleaned, i have send an email also on the first day, there is no receptionist. I have try to call them multiple times but no response from them. Totally i’m not happy with this hotel. I’m not happy with this hotel room. The toilet door don’t have the lock only and the water is not draining after the shower. It’s totally wast of money

Property's location is just parallel to main road however would not recommend for single woman travellers. The hotel doesn't even provide hand wash carry your own. Bathrooms are really small and average. Ac didn't work in my room. Despite having called the reception many a times regarding the password of wifi no one turned up to fix the same. Overall an average stay not more than a day is recommended.

Neat and clean stay. Perfect location as multiple food options nearby and everything is nearby. Good for business travelers.

Dope toothbrush toothpaste and towel tooo that’s what i waste my money at not good hotel u can go get and ask when it available for hottle and that to 10am check out 10am check in

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting coimbatore.

The manager was rude. There are no water bottles and utensils. Room is not much clean

Service not good packed water are chargeable there is no cloth iron on demand for only 8 hour sleep hotel is good

Actually room is ok. But toilets are very very small unable to stand properly. They didn't provide us any towels, soap, water like minimum requirements also. Corridor is very congested

This was an amazing time at the hotel that i stayed this is my options for my further trips the hotel management was good and friendly they good at clean and then room goods romantic

Room was neat and clean. Staff was helpful size of room was ok. Everything was provided in the room. So it was a nice stay

The stay and room is good and neat. The problem i faced is tv not working and there is no towel and soap or any bathroom accessories. But after i for that they provide towel and soap which is good. Which could be avoided by giving all those before giving rooms. They have drinking water that is good they provide green tea sachets and sugar. Hotel is good i recommend it for couples and families. Staff behavior is also good. He solved our issues when we asked. It is worth staying

Rooms are very nee t and clean staffs also very helpful good one

The stay was neat and clean, but poor management. The receptionist was not available most of the time and it difficult to reach out for any help. No toiletries were in the room.
