The stay was pleasant, and the location was conveniently close to the heart of the city. The staff were supportive and helpful throughout.

The stay was comfortable , good and budget Friendly.

no cupboard, no locker, no toiletries, no amenities . the room is smaller than displayed . there are many other hotels in the same area. such a room should be priced at . definitely not worth 1800

The property's location needs a bit of light to navigate the area. Had a bit of trouble reaching the location. Food is available through Swiggy and Zomato only. There is no geyser available on the property. Hot water is required for all seasons which they are unable to provide. Towels provided were a bit dirty and had stains marks. The electronic board is not placed in a good area(the one in the bed) and it does not even work properly.

The room is very small, bedsheets they didn't wash properly. The room is also inside one street without any proper street lights.

I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip, trusting the platform to list only quality accommodations — but this experience has completely shattered that trust. The room was nothing like what was promised. Breakfast was clearly mentioned during booking and even confirmed at the reception, but it was never provided. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, showing no willingness to assist. The AC was barely functional, the toilet had no lock (which is unacceptable), the water heater didn’t work, and the bathroom was not clean. The TV wasn’t working either, and even basic amenities like drinking water were not provided. The stay was highly uncomfortable and stressful. I expected at least the minimum level of hospitality, but the hotel failed on all fronts.

The room was clean but a little small. Washroom could be maintained a little better way.

I was at SKR from 11.04.25 to 17.04.25. Room service was poor. No Hot water supply . Phone in the did not work during our stay Extra bed removal was done after 4 8 hours with 1+3 reminders Room was good but needs improvement. I do propose to again to your hotel if this situation continues.

Good location and honest hotel employee regarding behaviour. Very nearest so many food hotel facilities available.

Pleasant stay near gandhipuram bus stand, rooms are very cleans and they provide excellent room service.
