I feel very good and neet ambiance and room.services..

The cleanliness of the room , bathroom and towels billows are so dirty. From the reception there approach are very careless and they don't bother. Water bottles are not provided by the hotel .. The room smell was very bad.. Finaly the stay is not worth for money what I have paid.

The bathroom was very small Room service poor Food comes from a nearby restaurant with immediate payment every time the quality of tea coffee is tasteless Even after giving full payment in advance they asked to deposit 500 extra while checkout they have only 400 in cash so returned only 400 । Terrible stay

Reception staff and Manager where so harsh , he was rude to everyone and lot of fights with him from all customers. We need to fight for anything we want even when we are ready to pay. Worst experience. Better to look for somewhere peaceful.

Room small and bad, no boy for luggage and not provided lunch and dinner in buffet, just he given a cup rice two Currys only and not good I never recomond this one

Our stay at Hotel Gowtham was truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The food was excellent, and the room service was quick and efficient. Thank you for the great hospitality

I have booked this property for 2 days. I'm good with cleanliness and amenities. But I've a small issue with outside noise, because it is present near the road even though I've booked an AC room with closed windows. I would like to share some feedback based on my experience. Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and had the basic amenities I needed. However, I did experience a few inconveniences. The Wi-Fi not connect I believe there is room for improvement, and I hope the management will take these points into consideration for future guests. Thank you for your hospitality.

Pathetic condition of mattresses and pillow as well as cleanliness of wash room.

The wait time was too long for check in and the receptionist ppl weren't friendly, they took so long for check-in, they themselves had no idea what they were doing, they were trained... And the rooms were good, just the experience was pretty bad...

Location Ok. Room is clumsy and the hotel employees will always tell reasons for not to address the issue reported.. Hoel manager claims that he worked in multiple 5* hotels and looks like he don't even know the basic hotel management skills and etiquettes.. Better go for another better hotels in this vicinity..
