Review Of Hotel Akil Residency

Situated in a narrow road. No restaurant. No bottled water. Small double cot. Bathroom door had an issue.

The stay was not very happy. The people in the reception were cold towards the guests. The ac wasn't working. We had booked a deluxe room and that didn't have any facilities a deluxe room should have. Even the tv room was not available and when we operated with the one found there it was not properly working. When we made a complaint, people from the reception came with a remote and increased the volume and took it back with them. Hygiene wise the hotel was good but not in hospitality. Felt like a waste of money.

It was a very bad experience. Bathroom was not maintained Hospitality very worst . Car parking very cramped. Overall worst service.

After fighting with them for 1 hr they gave another room. They provided the room on 5th floor, which is on the terrace

Wow nice rooms series also very good

We were really surprised by the hygiene of the rooms and the friendly reception and understand the concerns of guests. Overall experience was good.

Not good at all room that i was offered was different and small from the photos of what i booked bedsheets and pillow cover were not clean. No thanks

room service was good. there was a bit of smoke smell in the room. bed sheets were not clean.
