I could arrive a little late . Had to contact twice to get hot water line for bath. No toiletries , no towels and not even a shawl to cover myself while sleeping. Cockroaches here and there, I saw one even in the bedroom. As I left early morning. , I didn't interact with the staff

Apart from the room nothing was provided. Only the location near the railway station is good, rest like staying anyhow.

Hotel was quite good in terms of size even the bathrooms and is close to the station within like 5-10 mins of walking distance. Although it's very quite since seldom people book here and some of the plug sockets in the family room are a little lose and some cracked so it might be dangerous to use. Location is quite convenient as it is close to the central railway station. Many a restaurants of different quality are nearby. So food is no problem. Service and cleanliness still wanting

I had worst experience with Devaa hotel 1. Very dirty room and washroom 2. No water after 2 am we regularly tried to contact reception but no one was there 3. Even though they didn't provide towel, bedsheet, soap, water bottle 4. Cockroach was there both room and washroom It was a terrible experience with them, please double check while you are planning Devaa hotel

check in and check out time 6 am to 8am time should change 11 am to 11 am that is easy to check in process

No drinking water,no soap, no towel, no blanket,no tv. hair was there on the table. No proper curtain. Outsides light, lightens up room beacuse of no proper curtain or window i dont know. A-Z all items are old. Not changed. Staffs are good.

Hotel is good but service was poor. We have to wait too much at check in. And in room no blankets given no bath soap given. Also no water. These are basic necessity to stay in room

Rooms are located in walkable distance to coimbatore junction. Bathrooms/rest room dirty. Water leaking in flush and there was no water at 3am. The person incharge got up and turn on the water motor. Cockroach and insects in bathrooms. Itching started when we slept. Not maintained the property well.

Staff are very unprofessional and rod behavior, and rooms are not cleaned well. Full of crococh in the bathroom. Distence from railway station more than given distance.

Regarding false location - it is not 60 meter from railway station, actually more than 800 meter, so we are very much disappointed, a&also even we are senior citizens no room boy to take us to booked room, we are carrying ourselves, bed sheets &other items to room itself. So very poor service.. So we vacate-ed room on the same day &booked other room.

When we checked in, lot of time was taken to give us room since person-in-charge neither knew englsih nor hindi. There was no hot water. Since we were aged couple we got severe cold due to this. There was no proper ventillation in the room since glass windows were closed. No mat was there in front of bathroom. There was no stand for bucket, in the bathroom; we were forced to bend to take water for bathing which resulted in back pain.

The location is nearby to coimbatore railway station. Easily accessible. Value for money. Helpful staff.
